Privacy Policy
This page explains what information HerSpicy (herspicy.link) collects when you use this site, and how it's used.
Who we are
HerSpicy is a link directory for the creator accounts we manage, plus a contact channel for AI character and AI content service inquiries. This policy covers herspicy.link only — it does not cover the third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, OnlyFans, FanVue, RedGifs, or any other destination) that our account pages link out to.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect directly is what you submit through the Contact form: your name, email address, and message. This is stored so we can read and reply to your inquiry — it is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and it is not used for advertising.
We don't have user accounts, logins, or payment processing on this site, so we don't collect passwords or payment details here. Any purchases or subscriptions happen on the third-party platform you're redirected to, under that platform's own privacy policy.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records each request it serves: the IP address it came from, the time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser's user-agent string. We use this to see how the site is used, to know which links people follow, and to detect abuse and attacks against the server. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept for at most 30 days and are then deleted automatically. They are not combined with contact-form data, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties.
Links to a creator's external platforms pass through a redirect on this site (/go/…) so that the click is counted in those same server logs. It records that the link was followed — not who you are, and not what you do on the destination platform.
Usage measurement
To understand how the site is used, each page sends us a short technical summary of the visit: your screen and window size, whether the device is touch-operated, your browser language and time zone, how far down the page you scrolled, how long the page was open, how many gallery items you opened, and which outgoing link (if any) you followed. It is tied to a random number that exists only for as long as that page is open.
We do not store anything on your device for this — no analytics cookies, no local storage, no device fingerprint — and we do not use any third-party analytics service. The measurement stays on our own server, is not linked to any identity, and is used only to improve the site. It is kept for at most 90 days. If you prefer not to send it, blocking JavaScript for this site or using your browser's tracking protection stops it entirely; the site works either way.
Cookies & third-party resources
This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the GSAP animation library from a CDN — these third-party services may load resources from their own servers when you visit a page, subject to their respective privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. You can ask us to delete your submitted information at any time (see Contact rights below).
Age requirement
The accounts listed on this site link to adult content platforms. HerSpicy is intended for visitors aged 18 or older only. Do not submit information through this site if you are under 18.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, or ask us to delete, any information you've submitted via the Contact form by emailing privacy@herspicy.link.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle data changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
